The Painted kitchen... 2

WOW !!! Out dated & worn kitchen gets a Spectacular Facelift !!!

I can do this for you too !!!

Here is a kitchen I did recently.
The cabinets were the pickled oak that had been sun damaged on one side.
My client was so excited to have the facelift done that when I got there she had all the doors off and hardware out. Hence, no before pictures.
There was a laminate counter-top and standard builder sink and tap. There was no backsplash. The walls were deep red with white trim.

So with some paint, new hardware, new granite counter-top and a glass tiles backsplash...... Voila !!!

A new updated modern kitchen !!!!
Notice the new trendy look of the duo coloured cabinetry.
We used "Silky White" on the top and "Cracked Pepper" on the bottom, both by BEHR.
The walls are, of-course, my amazing "Reflecting Pool" by CIL  
New pendant lighting was also added.
The owner had some paint left over and decided to paint her oak table as well. Great Job !!!

What a difference !!!!

Learning the Table Saw

The Last Evening of "Tools & How to Use Them", was a success !!!

The class learned to use the table saw and had their final exam !!!

Learn to Re-Upholster Furniture 

Do you have pieces of tired and unloved furniture? 

Why not update them with a fresh new look?

 I am running 1 day course to teach you how to upholster a chair.

You will spend the day in my studio in the heart of the Ancaster learning how to make an old beat up chair into something to be cherished.

 



















You will need to bring a small piece of furniture that you can carry. such as a stool or chair.
The class is designed to be a relaxed and enjoyable day in the beautiful setting the conservation area in Ancaster.

Costs

The fee of $120 will include use of all the tools and supplies. This would also include a shopping excursion to purchase the correct fabrics and stuffing, on a day prior to the workshop. Lunch and refreshments are also included.
You will need to bring your piece of furniture, fabric of choice & appropriate stuffing.

Maximum of 6 people per course.
